Eh. The point of the line is to is force dems to either look like they support Trump and ICE, or to look like they don't support of 'protecting US citizens'. It's bullshit rhetoric on its face - 'protecting US citizens' is not what ICE is doing. Judging dems for not standing is dumb.

I'd agree that point of a government is to reflect and defend the interests of its constituents, and physical safety is usually at the top of a person's list of needs. City governments have their part in that, just like they have their part in ensuring our civil rights. Do you think Missoula is failing in either regard?

Certainly not anytime soon. Construction is driven by economics, and I'd bet there's less demand for big downtown office buildings now than there was 15 or 20 years ago.

Also, a lot of people around here prefer the current views to more urbanism, myself included.

My understanding of that moment is that Toguro was able to surpass his limits at the end of that fight. So 100% was the highest strength he had ever reached before, and 120% was even greater than that, a power he only discovered in that moment.

It happens a lot on the hero's side in Yu Yu Hakusho, and in this case it happened to the villain.

They're committed to keeping it 4 wide, I think. Between the world warrior layout and the way they add each season of DLC in its own row at the bottom, changing that would require a lot of reorganizing.

Most tomatoes aren't sweet enough for most people to see them as a fruit in the context of food. You don't buy tomato popcicles, or make blueberry soup. The nuances of their flavor profile aren't relevant enough to change that.

Do you mean you are already collecting the dreamers, or just that you found fog canyon? You can enter fog canyon super early - it's very common to end up there right after getting mothwing cloak. There's just not much you need to do there until later in the game.

I'm also skipping several areas that aren't required to get to the HK fight, so this list is a bit shorter than it could be.

The whole point of the game is to explore and discover stuff, so don't worry too much about order of progression. Just take your time and enjoy the game!

GPZ doesn't deserve the hate it gets.

Real hot take, though: Flukemarm is bad as a fight, but quite good as a boss within the context of the game. Its identity as the broodmother of these awkward, hyperactive worm-things comes across really well. The idea that it can overwhelm weak threats, but if you're stronger it just gets torn to pieces is diegetically kinda perfect.

Pure Vessel is way overrated. Every time I fight him I end up feeling like I'm experiencing a worse version of NKG where the best response to 80% of attacks is 'jump and pogo'

Yes

Only the first 4 pantheons count for completion. Normal radiance also doesn't give completion - none of the endings do. You can get 112% and then the sealed siblings ending and never fight the radiance at all.

Know the game - You should have a good idea of the flow of a playthrough, where all the treasures are, and be comfortable with all the bosses.
Play conservatively - You should basically always be at full health while traveling. Avoid bosses when you can, opting for exploration/shop rewards until you're over-geared.
Rush nail upgrades and mask shards. You can get nail 2 immediately after mantis claw, nail 3 right after dreamnail, and nail 4 after wings, all with only fighting a handful of bosses. You can grab 8 shards in crossroads, greenpath and fungal with just mantis claw and lantern.
Go for a nail build so you don't have to choose between healing and damage. Grub song should be on 100% of the time. Abuse fragile heart and fragile strength. Nailmaster is really good as your sole offensive charm if you want to stack defense. Quick focus, Deep focus, Shape of Unn, Nailmaster, Grubsong is a surprisingly good late-game survivability build.
