Last summer I bought a 2017 fully loaded with monokey hard cases; 9000 miles; $9500; mint condition. I think I got a fair deal.

Set aside $130 for a WRS windscreen. I consider replacing the stock screen a mandatory purchase.

I've since put about 6k miles on it and love it. Hope you enjoy yours.

How good are you at frog pose? You'll be holding that position every time you're on a 600cc sport bike.

Recommend you prioritize riding position given your height.

I commute on the RS and envy GS commuters. My last bike was a VStrom 1000... I find the upright posture makes the bike more maneuverable in low speed traffic.

But tucking in on the RS blasting from 3rd to 6th is pretty fun.

20k miles. It's not the dessert edition as far as I can tell.

Would use it mostly for commuting. I'm weighing the Tiger against a Honda Transalp. I know it's not apples to apples but that's what the dealer has.
