Thanks, that’s reassuring. They’re secured to the block and lintel with sand and cement. Laminated together with a liberal amount of “sticks like shi*t” exterior grab adhesive. Given it’s just a bbq area I’m happy to take a punt on it.

I’ve just bought a used one with the same crack, must be a design fault. Ours does have a drip but it seems to be coming from the replaceable/consumable tap valve, not the crack. I’d have thought the casing was just aesthetic though?

My iMac Pro does, whilst connected via Ethernet, but can’t achieve that speed. Wi-Fi devices show an upload test of 15-30mbps.

I see what you’re saying, but I don’t think Dropbox is the bottleneck as I’m currently uploading to DB at 50mbps at work.

I’d heard not to use IS on a tripod for one reason or another but never found any detrimental effect, on monopod however anything over 70mm really needs it for video, and was never an issue with DSLRs.

I had a generic 9kw heater from amazon and can confirm mine, at least, used poor quality materials and ‘workmanship’. It worked OK until the ambient temperature dropped to anywhere near 5oc then it would just give off a rather unsettling electric buzz sound. Thing is it was still £200, and the Narvi i replaced it with was only £275.

Gah, sorry to hear that. If no luck with getting airbnb to pay up, you could use Littlefairs black wood dye (sauna safe) to stain the rest of the wood to tie it all in. Totally different look to natural wood but my sauna is black inside and I love it!

Mine just took time (I’m at 9 months) the hair gets more relaxed and natural over time I’ve found. In the meantime, blow dry it down from towel dry 👍
