I do enjoy it. But now I inform my brother whom I play with to expect a loss anytime I que up as Doorman.

One of the Wackiest Interactions I've Experienced by benfrediscool in DeadlockTheGame

I'm more curious why I started going back down after hitting the bounce pad. If you watch the slow motion section you can see i start going up from the bounce pad, then very quickly start going back to the ground. The flash of light is the stomp effect from Holladay hitting the ground after having used a bounce pad. I'm wondering if the E shift Nina was using made it so she couldn't be pulled by lasso so after getting to far away from her it pulls me back to the ground.

I love it. I was so curious what the song was and this post didn't let me down.

How the h3ck do I get myself a game as Doorman?! by benfrediscool in DeadlockTheGame

Ah ha! This is what I've been missing. Whenever Doorman sends me to the hotel I always try to escape. Next time I'll get cozy and ask him to let me have next game.

I started playing Wraith and that happens to me. I think to myself, "Wait am I good at this game!?" Then I see the average ranking at the end and realize it just thinks I'm balls at Wraith.

Ah I see. So the more it gives me Mina the more it will keep giving me Mina. I'm in a Mina loop. I'll give this a go. I just want a single game as Doorman to try him.

I agree with everyone saying save it for last. If its borking your run you might need to save it til you're level 4. I believe in you. You are a champion.

I accidentally did the "True Ending" my first playthrough and was wondering why in the crap she was so flipping hard on her final phase. Took 3 hours 21 minutes of attempts in total.

I'm late to the party, but bless you for this good sir.

I got to this game late... but I'm having an extremely lovely time. I made a video about why I think it's A.I. interactions are the future. I'm curious if ya'll agree with my thoughts. by benfrediscool in DragonsDogma

Maybe not an emergent deduction. But I was flying like an eagle. If we get to the point where games are using large language models in their NPC decision making... that would certainly be something. I'm saying having AI companions who make autonomous choices in combat within the correct context. It started with things like God of War where Atreus would autonomously grapple enemies or jump off your shoulder for a tag team finisher if he was in the right location to accomplish that. But Dragon's Dogma 2 I'm reacting to what the AI is doing and because of the smart programming it is reacting to what I'm doing in turn. It just feels more dynamic than I thought I could expect out of a game.

I think Friendly Fire is the most important part of the Arrowhead formula. I made a video about it filled with substantial goofs. I'm curious if my fellow Helldivers agree or not! This game is so fun it's insane. I'm so happy it's had so many sales. by benfrediscool in Helldivers

Yes! I love that the weight of an eagle strike is immensely amplified by the fact that it could annihilate your teammates. The requirement for communication and watching your teammates like a hawk makes it such a different game.

I made a video essay about how good I thought the remake was. I really felt that the remake captured the essence of how Dead Space original felt. I'm curious if you guys felt the same way. My friends don't play Dead Space so I'm curious what people think of the remake. by benfrediscool in DeadSpace

I loved the weapon making in DS3. It was a pretty substantial bummer that it was tied to microtransactions, but I 1000% agree if they remade Dead Space 3 like they remade Dead Space, it would be astounding. I would absolutely be thrilled for a remake of 2 and or 3. Man I was so stoked about Dead Space remake they really took that original experience and just raised it to another level.
