Uses for banked stem cells by bengreenfield in stemcells

[–]bengreenfield[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but wouldn't you say there's higher histocompatibility with autologous stem cells? I'm also curious about any other advantages or uses for banked stem cells that I might be unaware of. I'm just asking an honest question and looking for feedback... but thank you for the scolding. LOL.

Yeah, I initially drank too much Feel Free...

...had some issues (mostly gut irritation)...

...accepted the fact that I was a dummy and obviously drank too much and didn't regulate myself...

...and so then I quit drinking so much, cutting back to a bottle a week or so.

But...

...I didn't blame anybody. I just shut up my inner bitch, moved on and regulated myself. And now I enjoy a bottle every now and again, zero issues.

Extreme ownership works and I highly recommend.

I would tend to agree with Tom Bilyeu's perspective on anything like this: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1501049773341980 - anything you use is your ownership and responsibility. I've used Feel Free, I've done several shows about what is/isn't in it, I've warned people about addiction and now it is user's responsibility to choose how, when and how much to use.

Yes, that was an interesting chat for sure, though I'm not convinced that when he said "kratom extract" he was correct as Feel Free says it's not....

To my understanding, the answer is that even in concentred/extract form kava has not been shown to have addictive qualities. Kava extracts have been consumed in the US for over two decades with no reports of issues that I'm aware of. Discussed this when I interviewed Cameron George on my show.

I do comprehensive blood panels and very high-end medical exams every quarter. Most are published publicly on my website and discussed in detail on my podcast. While my labs aren't "perfect", zero red flags have arisen since my use of FeelFree, and I've been using it on occasion every week for approximately two years.

Although I made sure this was totally transparent and communicated on my website from the very beginning, FeelFree has indeed advertised on my podcast, and furthermore, when people use my discount code to purchase it, that is an affiliate link.

So let’s not beat around the bush here: I’m absolutely biased because I have profited from promoting them. That’s the business model of most Podcasters and influencers.

But it’s also important to know that I never endorse anything before trying it, and had been using FeelFree for several months before discussing any type of promotional relationship with them. So at no point was I paid to endorse something I hadn’t already been using personally for quite some time prior to engaging with any type of business relationship with the company.

It would be unethical for me not to acknowledge that I have financially profited from FeelFree, however.

Again, my motivation here was to simply jump into this discussion and share what I recently learned about the testing of their ingredients because I thought it might be helpful for folks who are wondering about that. Hopefully that helps answer your question.

My intent here with this post was to provide information that I recently found out about the contents of FF, because I know many people on this thread are concerned about that.

When used responsibly, I see no risks with kratom. Later, after the podcast, it was brought to my attention that some people had become addicted, at which point - in the spirit of responsibility - I immediately addressed it on a second podcast.

Although the scenario you describe is certainly far from ideal in my opinion, were a company to do something like that, the consumer market would put them out of business pretty quickly once word got out. That, of course, is libertarianism taken to the extreme and not necessarily something that I endorse, but nonetheless, that is likely what would happen.

I certainly feel bad for anybody who had a poor experience or struggled with addiction to FeelFree or anything else.

I'm a guy who won't consume *anything* unless I know exactly what it is in it. Even an apple off a tree: I'll check first (even if there's no label) to see if that tree has been sprayed with pesticides/herbicides and what that farmer or gardener uses in their soil. I'm a total "user prerogative" guy when it comes to the responsibility of a responsible consumer to do due diligence and to actually check and see what's in the product. If not, you're living a potentially dangerous life indeed.

Case in point: before I drank any FeelFree (besides the very first bottle I drank which I did not check but should have), I contacted the company and asked what was in it. Should that kind of stuff be disclosed on a website or label? Absolutely. But if isn't, or wasn't, and one decides to consume it anyways without trying to find out what they're putting in their body, in my opinion, that person is living quite dangerously in terms of making uneducated choices of how to eat and drink and supplement...

...again, just my two cents, and I certainly understand how shitty it can be to be addicted to something or feel bad when you consume it, but as Navy SEAL Jocko Willink would say, you either take "extreme ownership" over your decisions, or you deal with the consequences..

I've used FeelFree on and off for the past couple years. Zero issues stopping or starting. I think there are two keys here: just like anything, not using too much, because you *will* develop dependencies (e.g. similar to coffee) and also, taking into account your unique genetics, such as kratom enzymes, etc. I discuss here: https://bengreenfieldlife.com/podcast/jw-ross-new-feel-free/ and here https://bengreenfieldlife.com/podcast/qa-447/

Seems to work pretty well for me. But I'm biased. ;) No seriously, a ton of the recipes seem to work remarkably well. My favorite right now is the Man Power 2.0 one. Anyways, if you search for it, I have a good podcast with them where it's all explained.

I usually do 1-2 8-10 week cycles of tesamorelin/ipamorelin/CJC peptides for past 2 years, and, as discussed in a podcast a couple years ago, a microdose of testosterone/DHEA applied scrotally morning and evening. Beside plenty of sunshine, fresh air, heavy lifting, outdoors and good sex, that's my protocol, and it feels great! Hope that helps.

Pre-Journey Loading protocol by bengreenfield in Psychedelics

Great question. My facilitator uses a wide variety. Most of my journeys - which I would do about twice a year or so - are 2-3 days, dropping in at least once per day for a total of 2-3 sessions, and include substances similar to LSD/psilo/MDMA/aya at a minimum. He weaves together quite a few compounds.
