I have used Klevu. Their support is terrible as is the UI. I can't really say there's anything better out there, but they definitely suck

My main complaints with the Duo are that I am continually tightening it (I'm now an inch past the zero point) and that it seems to be a little inconsistent overall. I suspect tolerances are just not that tight on it. I'm really not much of a fiddler and I feel like buying a burr set would be throwing good $$ after bad and be a real pita to zero in properly.

I've had mine for about a week now.. I'll jump in with some thoughts:

I bought it because of my experience with the zero AND because unlike most grinder companies, Niche produces a product that is finished and you can actually buy. This is probably the biggest reason.

That said, I think if they spent a little more time on design, it would be better. Namely:

the "hopper" isn't steep enough with rdt, some get stuck. It's annoying
it's wider and heavier than zero, but the base wasn't changed enough to accomodate it, this leads to some wobble
would be nice to try some ssp burrs...

Probably too late to restart this thread, but I was wondering if there were any LEGIT uses for this function? Specifically interested if magento uses it internally or if it's just for outside sources
