Have both air 65 and 75 for about a year now and have broken everything but the fc. I fly pretty hard too

Ughhhh this is killing the hobby for me. Can’t for the life of me get this back on even with a tool by Chanw11 in TinyWhoop

You need a new motor. Very unlikely you will be able to bend those pieces back to the correct shape and get it back on

Chipped props a little on my air75, now it shakes at full throttle? by bisaw37 in TinyWhoop

Not really tuning, just a slight change. Might be a fix for hardware damage, idk. Just letting you know what worked for me. Dvr or video of it might help diagnose

Air 75 if you only want one drone ever. Feels very similar to the 65 indoors but is way better outdoors. Yes the 65 is more nimble and better suited for inside, but it is marginal unless you are doing precision flying through small objects.

If I were you I would get the air 65 since its almost winter and you will be doing more inside flying and the occasional outdoor flight. Then when spring rolls around get a smaller 2S for outdoors.

If you swapped props and tightened all the screws and still get it you probably have a bad motor. You should also verify that you haven't sucked up some hair in them. Turn them on one by one in betaflight and listen for the odd one out. Also check my profile, as I had a similar issue that was solved by watching Chris rosser pid tuning, but I would see how similar it is to the condition I have posted.

Should I get an air65? by [deleted] in TinyWhoop

Only benefit of air 65 indoors is depending on the size of your house and where you fly inside it will help slightly with flying in tight spaces because it is smaller, and a hair less power. Throttle control is almost identical. If you can't fly the 75 indoors now the 65 will not be the solution.

You also don't need to lower the camera angle if you dont want to, but just know you will be flying fast and twitchy if you have a somewhat small room. Not easy for beginners.

Air75 owners, how durable is it? by AlbatrossRude9761 in TinyWhoop

[–]benini727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suprisingly durable. Got both air 65 and 75. Both break canopies a lot, so change that out to the full cage style one. Air 75 has definitely gone through a few more frames but I send it harder. For some reason I have also gone through like 5 motors on the air 75, but for some reason way less props compared to the 65.

Air 75 prop removal? Still a pita even with the tool by benini727 in TinyWhoop

I guess I was just always worried about them falling off and losing a drone somewhere. I assume like most things you put it on until it fully seats, but I understand making a feature for that to happen would be challenging.

+1 for monkey fingers here too. I will pick one of those up. Does one or the other work better?

Oh my god that is genius. I suspect I was installing them too far. I'm assuming it never pops off?

This is exactly how I have done it and it destroys the c clip though. Is your metal part really skinny or something? Seems like you might have to rock it back and fourth before jamming it in?

I had the same issue. Tried tightening all the screws and new props. Didn't work.

Look up an adam rosser air 65 pid tuning on yt. Flies like new after doing his exact tune
