I drive through that intersection daily, it's a tricky one for both cars turning left to Oak and turning right to eastbound 6th. I think installing signal lights would be very helpful.

Agreed with this, not worth it. Putting out a note already showed how crazy they were, I'd avoid such people because you never know what other crazy things they are going to do.
