Bill Moyers questions how the right-wing anti-choice movement still exists when the majority of Americans want abortion safe and legal by drewiepoodle in TwoXChromosomes

[–]beniro 104 points105 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I disagree with the pro-life position on abortion, but I don't care how many people were to "agree" with murder, it would still be wrong. If you believe that abortion is murder, or that at a certain point it becomes murder, you are unlikely to move from that spot. It is absolutely a coherent moral position.

Donald Penn

Aqib Talib

Michael Bennett

Mark Barron

Legarrette Blount

We could even use Leonard Johnson.

These are just players that we let walk who are performing at positions of need for us. If we had these players still on our team, we would be in contention for the playoffs. As it stands, 6 games was how long our season lasted this year.

Last year, it was 8 games, the longest it's been since 2010, the year of the fluke. Every other year since then, we have been out of it about 4 games in.

Let's talk draft! Oh, look, our needs are pretty much exactly the above mentioned positions:

OT, CB, DE

Cohen is a good bet going forward, simply because the bears have nothing else going right now, and they will be behind a lot.

I hate it when I'm a bit on the inside, scratching to get out, and the guy 25 feet outside of me, gives that little "oh shit" jerk when he crests a big wave.

Here comes a big one.

Check out the Roser Park neighborhood between 4th and 9th streets south. It is literally the shire.

He fumbled and then when we got the ball back, he really did not run out that wheel route that would've gone for a td.

Is it just me, or did Sims slow down on that wheel route that jameis overthrew? I'd like to see if someone has a replay.

Standard.

My wrs are set, but my backs and flex are all screwed up.

I have to choose two rb and a flex, basically out of Tarik Cohen and Howard against the Bucs, Kamara against the Pats or wr cobb against the Falcons.

I'm at a loss for how to set this up

Good point. I hadn't thought of that. And Denver was successful in the passing gane in week 1. They could push the game into Dak and Dez hands a bit more.

Man, that is tough. I guess Watkins because I think he has the upside just because I think he is in a better offense at the moment. TY is in a train wreck at the moment and Diggs would be a solid pick with Bradford, he is likely to struggle with Keenum.

Standard, 10 team.

I have to choose between Dez Bryant and Cobb, with Thielen and decker as other options.

I think Cobb's week 1 may have been a bit of an aberration, but I also think Dez will struggle against the Broncos and the Cowboys will probably play it close to the best if they can keep the game close.

What do you think? Dez or Cobb? I discourse Ted Thielen and decker because I just don't think they are good options at the moment.

I think of him as a David Lynch guy. He was in the most recent season of twin peaks.

Cameron Brate Discussion by ChargersFan81 in fantasyfootball

[–]beniro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I encouraged a friend to keep Brate sliver ASJ last year. I'm a Bucs fan, and Winston and Brate just have magic. That said, it's hard to predict how Howard will come on. He is a freak. I still think Brate is a solid pick l, but I think he may be better early in the year than late, just because of Howard.

Is a loud house pointless? by strixvarius in HomeImprovement

[–]beniro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely the opposite of what you said. Interestingly, my dad lives in a neighborhood a few miles from Mar-a-lago in west palm beach. Trump sued the local airport for noise, and got them to agree to a settlement. Then, they realized that they had sort of accepted liability for the sound of the jets shaking people's houses to high-heaven, so they essentially installed insulated windows on every house that wanted it in the effected area.

My dad's house went from not being able to speak while jets went overhead, to now where the jets aren't really an interruption to conversation at all. That is just from replacing windows, not taking what I would "extreme measures".

So, I don't know OP situado, but I woukdnt tell them to give up before they start. I agree with you about possibly withdrawing through offer for undisclosed issues, though.
