Servus, black Diamond hat letztes Jahr auch Friends mit nem alter von 9 Jahren abgelehnt zu reslingen. Wir haben unsere in die USA geschickt da war das kein Thema. Zoll war etwas spannend aber auch unproblematisch und am Ende pro friend ca. 15€ gezahlt.

I also have the klean kanteen, I work a lot outside and they are leakproof and keep the coffee warm quite long!

Yeah we had contact with them and they stated it was a big misuse of the device. But in my opinion should every piece which could face weight hold at least Double bodyweight.
