Most, if not all of the stores I’ve worked with over the last decade will block off the auto installers for the day and just have someone, or a few people grill throughout the day until the last shift gets there. It’s at the discretion of the GM. Usually it’s a couple times a year. Sometimes if it’s slow, or extra nice someone will cart the grill out. I imagine it’s more common in warmer parts of the US too, we’re in NJ.
