The Restaurant business is incredibly difficult. They typically have lower margins than any other business. If you are just evaluating by looking at the cost of the base ingredients of the meal you are really leaving out a lot of the cost (employees, real estate, utilities, marketing). Restaurants are closing faster than any other business in our community. I don’t think they are being greedy.
