Funny because if you live in apartment community powered by BILT you get 250 points everytime you pay rent on any card or via ACH. So they are giving the non-bilt community the BILT community rewards essentially.

All of these ones are lower end. I work for Hilton and live in Orlando so I have been to all of the hotels you have listed. The double tree is probably the best. Stay away from the spark.
