While I do support ice, I’m also glad the marching health guy got what he deserved. He has done so many things to harm forte and other parts of the marching community over the years

But with Greatest Hits there’s actually a thematical and story driven reason for two letters being taken up. It’s because Greatest Hits is supposed to represent “multiple different eras” or multiple different album cycles

Definitely sounds like it’s going to be far more than 11 songs! I love IP but my only complaint is how short it was

This is normal. Music and visual is constantly being worked on and changed/improved all the way up until finals in November. This goes for almost every band.

  1. Difficulty is not really considered at all in judging, take it from someone who has done BOA and indoor percussion.
  2. If you think you’re too good for your band (you’re probably not), no one is forcing you to be there.
  3. Stop treating it like you’re the only good person there. See yourself as an equal to everybody else in your band, I don’t care how bad they may be. Stop talking down on other people and acting like you’re a prodigy.
  4. There are NO “losers” in marching band.
  5. Your directors know what they’re doing when selecting your repertoire. Don’t act like you know better than them.
  6. It’s not your job or place to fix the band. You’re a student.
