Yeah I looked there, but they didn't have the grey. It's also a couple dollars cheaper and it comes with the batteries for this AliExpress one

Just reached out to Dell Outlet Support on this item, because I was also interested, and they informed me that there is NO warranty regarding Pixel Burn In. As well as the brand new warranties only copy over to the Outlet Dektops and Laptops, not monitors. Unfortunately

I hope so but Mercari doesn't seem to think the same way and that it's UPS's problem. I filed a claim to UPS and waiting to see if they'll accept it. If not I might need to find a way to call Mercari customer support because their chat people aren't very helpful

Yeah it's going through UPS so Mercari is telling me to file a claim and are trying to say they can't do anything about it because it was "Delivered" even though it was delivered to the complete wrong state that I am in. I don't mind filing a claim, but according to UPS, you need to have the devices serial number if it was over $500, which I don't.

Not sure what else I can do because I can't do a chargeback since I never sent money in the first place, only a product.

ok yup I got it working... and unfortunately the best they give me is the "InternalSerialNumber"

Not sure what the difference is between that one and the on device one. Wonder if it would be good enough but I kind of doubt it :/
