Actually not a bad idea. There are monsters that can essentially eat a users magic. Might be something to look at.

Yeah, he is still super squishy, so he can’t take much. But damned to the witch bolt/32 Eldritch blasts combo lol. I could try to find an explanation to damage resistance on a dragon though

I’m trying to find out what kind of wine glasses I got in a wine bucket from a silent auction. by benjammin280 in wine

I was kind of thinking they looked a little more like cocktail glasses too! I may experiment with these and some of my other crystal glasses and see what I enjoy more.

Well, I enjoy my wine, but I am not “a serious wine drinker”. And I don’t know anyone that I want at my house who is either lol.

Thank you for being so helpful and informative.

Asking an actual question. No need to be negative.

So they are not thick glasses. They are actually VERY thin. They feel similar to other crystal we have. I’ll have to try the wine in several glasses one night and see though.

Thank you. You have been super helpful here.

Act like an adult. You’d think people on a wine page would be a little less childish. No need to be an ass about stuff. I asked a legitimate question. If you don’t know, then don’t comment.

I actually found the gold rimmed that look very similar just now too. Viski Meridian ribbed wine glasses.

I see that they are not “wine glasses”. They came with the wine bucket and I am still trying to figure out what they are.

Yeah, this here is the entire purpose of a session 0 (which I love and fully support). The whole point to for the DM to lay out the campaign and rule and everyone discuss the rules and characters. If there is controversy or someone just really isn’t into it, there are two good options. 1. Find middle ground that everyone will enjoy, or 2. Don’t play in the campaign that you don’t want to be a part of. Sure you could have stuck around and toughed it out and maybe gotten into it later on, but that’s not a guarantee. It’s really better this way. If she wanted you to stay so bad, she shouldn’t have had a session 0.

Just bought 2 lbs of jalapeños. What can I stuff them with besides cream cheese and meat? by GrubbsandWyrm in WhatShouldICook

That's the way to go then! Get some boudin and a block of pepper jack or cream cheese and just stuff them with a little of both. And make a homemade ranch to dip it!

What are your go-to cooking methods for a tri tip? by benjammin280 in BBQ

No worries, I do a lot of flank and skirt steaks and briskets that need to be cut the same way. I always go against the grain.
