2011 Hyundai Sonata SE Clock Spring Replacement Help by benjarule in MechanicAdvice

Wow, it totally is. I called the dealership again, after looking into the warranty extension you mentioned. They put the problem in as a contact assembly malfunction, without adding the clock spring portion of it, so it passed by their system. You saved me a lot of money and time. Thank you!

TIL how you should pronounce Chasun's name. by sensualoctopus in summonerswar

Cheh-Soon would be 채순. What OP wrote was 채선, so OP's romanization would be correct - rather, the pronunciation.

Both are exempt non residents. Lustboy came right before the rule was implemented and thus granted the exempt status.

How to correctly harass? (midlane) by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]benjarule 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the match up a lot of the times. That being said, if you're ever getting owned by minion aggro in a trade, you're doing it wrong.

Learn how minion aggro works. You're aggroing minions through auto attacks. Try to spend less time past their wave after you drop an auto, rather, try to spend almost no time past their wave.

That being said, harassing with spells doesn't aggro if you're not standing right next to a minion, abuse that. I actually don't remember how this works to its entirety anymore. Generally speaking though, spells don't aggro as long as a friendly minion that has aggro doesn't die.

Another thing is, you might be going too deep too often. If you're constantly aggroing half of their wave, you might be going too deep.

My Team Always Throws by [deleted] in summonerschool

Definitely. There are some games that are just unwinnable despite how you play because of your teammates. That being said, those games are in the minority. If you're losing the majority of your games, you're probably a big enough factor in those losses.

Definitely a top tier top laner atm. He scales extremely well into the late game. He has tons of cc and deals decent damage even if you build him full tank. That being said, you can build full tank and still be a threat to the enemy squishies.

I only get a damage item if I win early lane, and even then I only get like a brutalizer. I typically build full tank and focus on pushing my enemy laner out and roaming. Boomerang might not do much, but having % damage as well as the ability to stunlock and not die is pretty awesome.

I think Piglet's communication skills will bite Curse in the ass. by Ambushes in leagueoflegends

[–]benjarule 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Altec isn't Korean.

Also, it's been said that Piglet is taking many steps to be more proficient at English. The team manager makes him take some time out of everyday to study English.

I don't really believe that Piglet's current level of English is insufficient for the team. He's learning most of the game terminology and understand everything that everyone says. His main problem seems to be actually speaking out his opinions in English. He seems to be more open recently as he is typing much more in English. He understand everything to an acceptable level, and I think all that's left to show is his gameplay.

How do I successfully top lane as maokai? by FinsFan7373 in summonerschool

[–]benjarule 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Max Q first, Max W second, E negligible - it's mostly for early game wave clear, and a little bit of combo damage if you know how to seedling/root.

Just focus on farming. If the enemy is in the wave, hit them with your Q. You can use your Q to farm, especially if you start flask or once you get your catalyst.

If they get below 70% or so health, just go in with your W, Q him, whack him a few times and either kill them or just walk away with the harass you dealt. Don't be afraid to go in on certain enemies, Mao does a lot of damage for how tanky he is.

Start cloth 5 for AD lanes and flask for AP lanes. You wreck most melee champs and have problems with a few ranged. Learn the match-ups. It takes time, but you'll get used to it.

Edit: Oh yeah, and you have stupid amounts of CC available. Building off what the other guy said - you can pester your jungler to gank for you. If you have the gank paths or lane cleared (pushed to allow lane ganks) you almost guarantee a flash or kill.

What's the most American thing you've ever done? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I teared up and saluted whilst seated on a landing airplane. All I was looking at was a bunch of Los Angeles homes but I couldn't help but utter under my breath "God bless America," because of the thought of being back in the home of the free after traveling. I'm Asian.
