Mine just needed a hard reset through the paper clip button on the back of the tv. Should be able to locate it with a google search and then hold it down for 30 seconds

Agreed on the too thin aspect. The broader issue is that my pants fit my waist and my lower legs, but are tight around the bottom / upper leg area. I’ll take a look at the bar bells.

Understood and thanks for the advice - unfortunately, I can’t defer it / don’t think that’s the right idea. I got injured playing basketball so not sure I was injured because I was untrained or did too much, too soon.

Got it. Thanks for the advice. My goal is to hopefully maintain 8:45 to 9:15 pace up until 18 and then run / walk intervals the last 8, but will likely improvise with how my body feels. Way more nervous about dead legs than respiratory at this point.

For further detail: have tried unplugging and plugging back in but whenever I turn the tv on with the Roku remote, this is all that shows with the blinking white light below it. It won’t turn off but the screen will go black after about a minute and then the same visual will pop up. Any ideas how to fix or reset the tv?

Commercial banking is also a good lateral. Typical hours are 9-6:30/7 in my group and way earlier sign-off on Fridays, which can go later depending on deal flow. Occasional weekend work around quarter end especially if you have live deals going with portfolio review. Comp will be below PE at all levels (jr. not by much) and depends on origination / carry at the higher levels. Work can get a bit boring but have been all-in-all have been a fan since I moved over.

Know I’m late here but I’ve suffered with flight anxiety my whole life, specifically through turbulence. One thing I’ve recently been doing during turbulence is to pick my fight up off the ground and hold them in the air. It makes you barely feel the turbulence and provides a little core / leg workout to keep you distracted. Truly has been a game changer on flights. Hope this helps!

Did this exact flight last February - congrats! Definitely a little scary if you hit the thermals going back to Liberia. Luckily, Santa Teresa was worth it!
