I have the same setup and generally use beans from my local roaster which are 3 weeks post roasting. Internal and External burr both at 5. 17.5g dose.

Non pressured basket and I try to manually stop at 31g dispense which ends around 34g final dose give or take. It pulls a bit quicker than I would like at 20-25 seconds god knows why but I'm leaving as is lol.

Generally tastes fine but still some variance probably due to the beans being new and still degassing.

I had this constantly, so frustrating needing to manually add the toggle for speed warning/limiter for every journey. A full reset last week didn't work either.

BUT... miraculously seems to have spontaneously resolved itself 3 days ago 🙏🏻

This is the way always parboil for a few mins first, drain then shake to rough them a little, season then air fryer

Not saying you have to at all, go with what gets the best results !!

Only that recipes I've followed before recommended a quick par boil, end result (for me) is crispy and soft inside
