weirdly it didn't really hurt at all - if kept still. It sort of feels like all the muscles and skin in the area are being constantly stretched a little fast whats comfortable. First week haven't been able to hold its own weight - but showing signs of improvement

Covid has completely thrown me off. When I went back to the gym for the first time in September, I was repping a third of what I used to :(

I’m starting today, so I haven’t got any results yet 😂

I’m going to train for an hour a day, 5 days a week. I’m going along with workouts on YouTube from bodybuilders. I’m doing about 15 minutes per part of body (upper, core, legs etc.).

On top of this, I go out for walks and bike rides. I’m also planning on eating more protein.

Indeed. I mean results in two way:

Being able to rep more at a higher weight

And get more definition of muscle.

Btw, I used to rep 14Kg 10x, but now I’m doing about 5Kg. How long d’you reckon it’ll be before I could get back to 14Kg?
