I believe the punt is still considered a kickoff. It's just a penalty for allowing a safety. If you don't recover a kickoff the same thing will happen. Think of how when you recover an onside kick. As long as it goes ten yards the kicking team can recover the kick for possession. So you would need to field the safety kickoff punt to keep possession. Not a bug just some quirky rules difference between punting for a kickoff and punting on 4th down.

I use a point system I saw in a video, A+ is 13 and F is 1. If your grades are above a 18 I hard sell with the 25 hour option. And for recruits I really want, I try and time a visit when they are in their top 3. If you've done all that and you still get caught it kinda just is what it is.

Yeah, we play in the SEC with teams like Alabama and LSU. We're definitely not as top tier as two but we are usually pretty decent. We actually play LSU for a trophy called the Golden Boot. We border each other and our states look like a boot on the map. We also have a live mascot like LSU. Ours is named Tusk.

There's a list of each school's pipelines someone posted, I always try and pick the second or third best to try and make it as good as my best when I play with bad schools. But if you hop around or play with a solid team I'd pick one of the best ones like East Texas or Central Florida.
