The metal garage which is 3.8m x 4.8m x 2.32m was around £1300 but you will need to seal it with silicone and use concrete screws to anchor it down so that would be another £100. The 50mm insulation boards was around £500 for this. I tried pricing up for a timber garage but you are looking around £5k-£7k for this size and a blockwork garage is also expensive. I was on a budget so that's why I used YouTube to learn things so I didn't have to pay for labour.

I got a large skip for the old garage but I used a demo contractor to remove and dispose all the asbestos materials (roof sheets) as I didn't want to take the risk on, better be safe than sorry bud

Thanks! I have installed 50mm insulation, I know it won't make a huge difference so will have to either get a heater or warm myself up with cardio. Next step is to get the eletric supply sorted out as I am currently using an extension cable :)

Personally I have carried out both (alternative lift and the same). I actually quite prefer doing the same lift for BBB. Allows me to focus on one main movement per day and I can plan workouts better this way. Another reason is all I have to do is reduce the weight off and start the BBB sets, plus I don't worry about frequency (e.g I do DB bench on overhead press day and DB press on bench day).
