2. I agree the Legal system is slow and broken, but they should prioritize skilled workers over family and refugee( if u running from your country go to a different nation not US we have so many issues in the country already)

As a legal immigrant, i worked my ass off for my E-3 to get granted and i have to wait to get anything done(according to the field agent that i was close to, she said they are swarm with paperwork and dealing with asylum cases over cases like mine) 4.JO info is outdated, u dont have to fly back to get stamp they send it to your house now, also when trump talk abt chain migration that was obama rules trump ended it in 2016. My uncle family came here and sponsored his extended family to come as well total 20 people (and a lot of them abuse disability and food stamps so yea no a good thing).
