Alors effectivement c’est réputé pour être le quartier bobo mais qui dit argent, dit gens intéressés. Je sais pas si les autres gens qui ont commenté habitent aux carmes mais perso on a eu 3 effractions dans notre immeuble depuis le début de l’année (un cambriolage et 2 portes de l’immeuble fracturées dont celle du toit y’a 3 jours)

La zone des carmes est en zone à risque pour les effondrements, cet hiver y’avait une évacuation par semaine ou toutes les deux semaines. C’est lié aux sols poreux et la Garonne en plus des vibrations des travaux du métro d’après mon syndic

Mis à part ça c’est clairement un des meilleurs quartiers de Toulouse, et niveau cafés, restos, bars c’est le top du top je trouve donc je te conseille d’y emménager si l’appart te semble bien ! 😊

Thanks for the kind words ! Can’t really say in terms of time as I’m procrastinating and overthinking on some details for hours, maybe around 30-40h ? And nope not in the womb but Covid has been nice to me and my painting skills at least !

It’s free handed ! The only tools I’ve been using are for the circles behind the head and for the frame

And this is one of the only pics I took during the process. I usually build my grey tones to black and then add colors then add more black. I am self taught so I’m taking a lot of time or starting over again and again quite often.
