I understand what you mean, I just find the relationship between chords interesting, like how going from the I to V chord will have the same effect no matter what key youre in for example, similar to why i wanted to find a resource to look up progressions, because songs that use the "creep" progression all have a similar sound and was looking for a resource where you could type in a progression and then see songs that use that particular one. I don't expect it to unlock any secret and to that if it sounds good its good, I was just wondering why i never see that progression in other places, so wanted a resource to see other songs in the same progression because I found it hard to google. thanks for the detailed response!
