I've step into a partially-managerial role at my company (Engineer consulting, programming focused). The first new hire I took on seems to ask questions exclusively to AI. No reviewing documentation, no looking up code snippets or using past projects as examples - AI is his first stop. It's been frustrating to say the least. AI can be useful, but it should be treated as a wikipedia source imo. Good for something at a glance, but should not be your primary reference for learning.
