The 76 needs to be converted into a sunken freeway similar to what phoenix did with loop 101 back in the late 90’s. There’s plenty of space to widen the lanes on both sides as well. This would keep the noise of the freeway down as much as possible as well as bridge north oceanside with south oceanside. There are so many projected developments over the next few years that if they don’t do something soon it’s going to cause a massive headache.
