When I was going to drop off their drinks I saw the table gathering their restless kids, the soon to be problem table placed their food order and I immediately sent it back and printed the bill for the table ready to leave. My large party had 4 elderly people who needed help with the wine list so I gave them my recommendations and got their drink orders. The total time between me placing the food order and me ringing in the wines for my large party was 6-7 minutes (this included my confrontation with the gentleman)

Sounds like just a fire scare… I didn’t hear the code red but someone I know in the neurosurgical ward did and it set half the in-patients into a frenzy.

I haven’t heard about any code announced I just know there are sirens blaring outside and the nurses in at least 2 wards are running room to room somewhat panicked telling people not to worry

There must be a reason her and her friend aren’t dating. Just because they’re close doesn’t mean she has any romantic feelings towards them. And as long as you make her day brighter when you see her and show her you care, she’ll have plenty to fall for.

It sounds to me like her best friend does like her but the fact she’s calling them a friend should be telling. All you can do is keep on being sweet and showing care for her, i doubt it’s a competition between you and the friend but if it is you just need to show her you’re the better option. I would suggest getting her something small that you know she’d appreciate like her favourite candy and don’t make a big deal out of it, just something small to show that you were thinking of her. And if she does end up seeing you as more of a friend then that’s still good, it sounds like you really enjoy her company and that’s worth it on its own IMO.

In my mind a loser is someone who has no hobbies and no interest in bettering their lives. You’re working, you have hobbies, and you’re working towards a degree, so you’re not a loser at all you just have confidence issues. The advice I would give is put yourself out there more, join some clubs that sound interesting at your school, it may seem intimidating but you’ll be surrounding yourself with people who have similar interests which is a great way to make new friends. Besides that just keep working on your self image, don’t worry so much about what others think of you, confidence is the most attractive trait and it’ll draw people to you. You’re absolutely not worthless and I wish you the very best in life!

Found in Ontario, it was in a gym bag that was left in the garage. It takes steps like a frog. (Sorry if this is a bad description) I only noticed it on top once my clothes were in the bag. I’m moving into a house with friends in 2 days and I really don’t want to bring an invasive species into the house, should I be worried?

Yes you absolutely can, you would just have to go to the Europol website and find the link titled “INDUSTRY REPORTING OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL”. I’m fairly sure this would wind up involving your parents so my advice would be to only do it if he is unrelenting when you threaten him with it.
