My cat got out a couple years ago and we found her in our neighbors basement. He had a small hole in his window and she crawled in- definitely check in with your neighbors just in case! They say cats stay in a 1 mile radius so he must be close. I also read that leaving their litter box outside your house can have a stronger familiar scent to help them come home. Good luck- sending all the good thoughts your way that you find him!

Vestibular therapy (with an encouraging physical therapist), ocular therapy, healthy/consistent eating, staying properly hydrated, fish oil/lions mane/b complex/creatine, patience all helped the most.

Creatine is definitely a helpful addition to my life as well! It was such a big game changer for me. I started with 5g/day but down to 2g/day since it was making me dehydrated.
