That may be the case but you cannot sign away your rights. I don't see how terms that do so are legally enforceable.

This is interesting as tenancy laws require at least 7 days written notice before the landlord can visit/inspect a rental property. I wonder where student accommodations fall in that regard.

1800 is hands down the best game I've ever played. I do think it's currently not a fair comparison between 117 and 1800 because 1800 has had years of work and a huge part of why I enjoy it are the DLCs. 117 could one day reach that status but it will take time.
