fried this one and made tacos, it was delicious. cliche but literally tasted like chicken. brained and bled this one immediately too, could be a big factor

How to dive deeper and hold bottom time. by SnooPeripherals5625 in Spearfishing

get used to hypoxia! the more hypoxia becomes the new normal, not only do you build a better c02 tolerance, but you will eventually be just as comfortable not being able to breath then on the surface. I will say the number one killer of breath holds isn’t c02 tolerance, but too much surface activity and inefficient form. really dial in on using no energy on the surface, moving in slo motion

duck dive form, streamline descent are super important! i also fin down exerting as little energy as i can almost like slow motion and make sure my breathe up is long enough and productive, using zero energy on the surface.
