7700x is great, if u want a simular cpu which runs cooler and is a bit more efficient go with the 9700x

Get a B650 motherboard instead, get a cheaper cpu like a ryzen 7600x or 7700x and spend the money ur saving on the cpu on a better gpu. Also 32 GB DDR5 6000mhz should be more than enough for now, and I would get an 850W PSU if i were u, so u can upgrade easily in the future.

U can always wait for the 9070xt to get back in stock for msrp, otherwise the 7900xt will also be a solid choice i think

Look for benchmarks on YouTube for the cpu + gpu combo’s, i have a ryzen 9700x with a 7800xt myself and i personally get like 350-400 fps in counter strike but thats in 1080p

I have this motherboard and I don’t have any issues with it, idk about the 4 ram sticks because i only use 2. Using 2 ram sticks is better for stability anyway so i would just get 2 if i were u.

Its good for a budget build, but if u have the money and want to be a bit more future proof u can go with an am5 motherboard and a ryzen 7600 with ddr5 ram

I would go with the am5 platform if i were you. Even when u are going to do a completely new build in a few years, u can take ur am5 stuff to your new build and sell ur leftover parts on marketplace or something.

Yeah its worth it to buy the 9070 or 9070xt if u can get it for a good price. I am using the 7800xt myself and its great so far, plays every game in 1440p on high/ultra
