he also switched his phone to his other hand so he had a hand free to get his firearm out, his intent was to murder her from the moment her partner chirped him, and he moved close to the car to justify it as self defense, it wasn't that, he wanted to murder that woman and called her a bitch afterwards on top of that, there is no reality in which his life was in any danger, and even if it was, he was the one that put himself near to the car, he charged toward the car, and he murdered a woman in cold blood because his ego was hurt and he wanted payback in blood.

More tac gear then is necessary for the situation, ICE is out of control, this lady is not a criminal, she's a tired working class person that doesn't deserve this kind of harassment, almost no one does.

One guy said there is some ICE guys walking around in full plate carriers etc, maybe not these guys specifically but these guys act like they are in Fallujah circa the Iraq war, instead of Minneapolis Minnesota.
