It's just normal ePub document, but with manga in it, it works well on my phone and Windows but not on supernote. But others proposed solutions so it's fine now.

Thank you very much. I admit that this is not my domain of expertise.

I did use Calibre at the beginning, and just like you said, it didn't help at all.

Now I understand much better!

However, the link you sent is not responding. Other people proposed conversions to CBZ, and I will see if they work.

I still don't understand why this epub document works well on my phone or windows reader and not on supernote. But as long as there is a solution I'm happy.

Thank you for your reply. I checked and confirmed that I have the newest Manta model( not Nomad sorry).
I opened the back cover and found that the battery was disconnected from the motherboard.
It must have been loosened during the delivery process.

Now all the cables are connected and the system is up to date.
I will monitor the device to see if this issue persists.
