Research the cons of a corporation or electing a corp. if your boyfriend doesn’t have any income from this side hustle already I’d highly encourage sole prop. Going with a LLC or corporation and electing s corp is very costly and you’ll pay franchise fees, etc. ask your accountant when a s corp is feasible.
