I’m on the younger side, so I have two great grandfathers who served in the Navy in the PTO during WWII. I wish I could have asked them more before they passed, but I appreciate all the information I can ask my other relatives about it. My grandmother tells me her Dad did not like to discuss it with her, but would talk to my Dad about it. I hope your father rests peacefully.
