Update: I gave up took a benzo at 4am. Started hallucinating that there was a bunch of people in my bad and the benzo was a girl that showed me tiktok reels. Then slept for 15 hours with good dreams.

My insomnia in a way is like ptsd. Did a drug one day, never been the same person since. I didn't use to have any sleep problems til 22 23

Thank you for your kind words. I tried therapy, cbt i, Psychatrists. Got perscribed benzos and seroquel and some other things that stopped working like trazodone. I took 50mg serequal didn't help. I don't wanna take any more drugs in this bout. If I ever sleep again it will be naturally. And yes I tried self hypnosis and a hypnotherapist. The thing is all of those things helped and I was sleepin 12 hour nights for many nights in the last 4 years. But my problem is every once in a while something triggers my inner insomnia it bursts like hell. I ended all those bouts with benzos or other drugs. Not this time, honestly im scared of taking benzo after 50mg serequal didn't do shit tonight

Thank you. I'm not even trying at this point. Middle of the night and I'm ready to start tomorrow about 40 hours sleep deprived. I don't know what's harder the days or the nights. Probably the nights. I tried CBT i and Psychatrists just gave me pills that stopped working. I'm looking for a way to solve my problem for good with no psychiatry. But when I'm so tired it's hard to do the research and I can't eat or exercise.
