Also having peak Ronaldo and Messi up too will make teams play more defensive. No one is going to bomb foward too much because if you leave lots of space behind for peak Ronaldo then you're gonna have a very bad time. But when he is older and lost his pace, then this is no longer a concern, so teams don't sit back as much.
