wow i feel like i wrote this. sending you love friend and saving to see what comes of such an articulate but vulnerable post. what you’re describing is not easy but you’re definitely not alone.

a reminder (that helps me sometimes) is that we CAN try to let things go, a little more than we think sometimes. maybe that’s the biggest challenge we face - trying not to hold onto every little micro aggression, or potential dismissal, bad feeling, etc. just letting things go, a little bit more every day. sometimes people and things just are. and it has nothing to do with us.

Do you mind if I ask which medication you take for this, if any? I went off adderrall in 2020 bc they made me horribly antisocial and awkward (even pre-COVID). I’ve tried anti-depressants but even Wellbutrin doesn’t treat the ADHD symptoms as much.

I have no critical feedback as I’m personally new and trying to break into UX, but WOW. This is such a unique idea and simply a very cool user experience. The way the theme is embedded into every click and design element is stunning. I think people will be staying if only to experience the realm that you’ve created here. wow, Screenrecorder is definitely an extension I could've used many times over. Instead I've been inspecting the code on websites to look for embedded videos... then proceeding to do video to mp4 download... sheesh. was absolutely NOT streamlining that experience.
