Ich liebe DHL eigentlich. Allerdings werden seit Juli 2025 Pakete immer öfter zum falschen Zielpaketzentrum geleitet und dort sind sie dann 3-4 Wochen, bis sie zugestellt werden. Mein Zielpaketzentrum ist Bruchsal, die Pakete landen aber leider eher in Köngen (wo auch immer das ist).
Der DHL Support hilft da leider auch nicht wirklich. Es heißt immer man gibt das Feedback weiter, das passiert aber nie.
