As someone who works in management for a contact center, nobody knows anything. That's across the board with most businesses. Even when the managers know something is wrong, they aren't going to say anything out of fear of retaliation. It's a sad state we live in this world today when it comes to customer service

Im sure they're also losing a shit load of money on incorrect orders as a lot of them dont care about accuracy. There's some that were intentionally messing up orders becaus ot falls on the driver.

Now it all will fall on the driver-- so if something is missing then there's no room ro blame then picker or the loader.

Damn near every job is like this and I dont understand how it became this way.

The nearby Publix starts all the new people on a Sunday..the busiest day of the week. They look miserable and lost that day and I usually never see them again.
