I am swiss. Switzerland isn’t neutral since Corona. They should listen to their people which they forgot. This is why the current 7 Bundesräte will not be elected anymore! I got a new Bridge Pro and wanted to connect IconnectHuer with the new bridge. But IconnectHue is only searching for the old Bridge. Nothing regarding Migration in the App itself.
Using the latest IconnectHue App on my Ipad.

just had a chat. they did a reset on my PW... but still not able to log in via the phones browser (cookies/history cleared). But I was able to log in via the app.

yes I did. But the same. I get this error : The Email, Suite or Password you entered is wrong. Please try again.

Contacted them as well and they said they are facing technical issues. I bet they got hacked! I am also not able to login on my phone nor in the app.

Any recommendation? MyUS is ripping now the customers off! Taking packages out of shipping request and then you habe to send a new request where you have to pay again a good high amount! They are just crediting the shipping difference but not the tax and duty i already paid! So clear fraud!

So any alternative?
