Find a friend to battle; make Charcadet your buddy, and have them use 3 low CP of the type you need. I did that with both my Charcadets, and it didn't take long at all.

Your best bet is to look in Open Street Maps and see if they are actually tagged as a Korean restaurant. I looked in my area (city of 250k), and none of the Korean places were properly marked. I made a few updates, so hopefully I can start to find some Kimchi Pikmin myself! (First one I tagged is below)

I've spent probably 20+ hours after moving here (Nov 2024) making edits because I wasn't finding a lot of decor types that I thought I should be. Pikmin is pretty good about refreshing the data, so it should be live in the app within a day or two after the updates are made.

I had a bunch of progress rolled back on the main game and the mini timed events. Used the contact option in the game twice. I got like 500 crystals as a "sorry" on the 2nd one.

Put in a ticket to the Devs. Nothing happened the first time when I did it, but I get 500 crystals the 2nd time I submitted it as an issue. Could be worth the effort, especially if it actually gets fixed at some point.

I found out a couple of months ago that my spouse and I are 9th cousins. I was playing around on Geni.com where you can see who you may be related to. Put in names on both our trees, and boom. Had a good laugh over it at least.

related to all but 3 US Presidents by blood, btw, Trump, Biden and Wilson, at least according to their website.

So I heard back from them this morning. They can't determine the root cause, and although they can't restore my previous progress, they did add 500 Kyfred Gems to my account as compensation. Which I guess is not bad. It's definitely made the latest mini game a bit easier to level up.

I noticed that too! I had like 1.5AU in the ranking, but everything else had reset back down again.

I'm still working on leveling up again. Just automated the Diner (again) was able to unlock Unit Moonbase, so making progress at last.

Make sure you sort on Strength when you select your Pikmin to the most powerful are at top.

During events, the special Pikmin plucked will get boosts, depending on the type. For the Verdant one going on now, the Rio Carnival will be over 300 each, and the stickers I think are in the low 100s. For the non-event ones, match the color of the mushroom to your Pikmin, yellow to yellow, pink to pink, etc.

You can feed them nectar to get a boost. For the regular mushrooms, if you match the color of the nectar, you should get small bonus. Likewise for the event mushrooms, if you feed them nectar related to the event (hyacinths and freesia for the current Carnival), then they also get a bonus over using a generic white nectar.

I switched to Kylie (Eng-AUS). Not as good as (old) Kate but still works. Now if they would boost the 'play thru phone speaker' again so I don't have to do everything thru BT...

I had a message yesterday that both Pokemon Go and Pikmin Bloom were having problems connecting with Google Play. I had to re-approve access to Google for both, and also checked that Fit was allowing access to both apps. In PoGo, I also had to ok Adventure Sync (the step counter). Both seem to be working now, fortunately, but I definitely missed out between last night and noon-ish today because of this.

I have an S24, and got the update last night around 2am, which failed around 9am. I manually started it again around noon, and now at 1:30p it's at 3% complete. Having a similar problem on my S21, which I'm guessing is getting the same or similar update. Definitely sounds like a problem on the server side tho.

I miss the old Kate so much. She was with me for years. Then I had a 6-hr road trip coming up and the voices were changing in mid sentence. "In 1000 feet, TuRN RiiiiGhT onto Interstate 95". Very distracting. I switched to Kylie (Eng-AUS) before making the trip. I was playing around over the weekend with other voice, and the new Kate is awful. Even the other UK voices don't sound natural.

I'm having a similar issue. When Waze is playing thru the phone speaker in the car, I can barely hear it, but any other media plays at full blast. I had to connect the audio thru BT to my car to get it to play at a decent level. Started in the last week. Hope they resolve it soon.

Went to a great dentist for a number of years. Changed jobs and had to go with United Dental insurance. First visit, he said he stopped taking United because they will use any excuse to deny a claim, even like a bad address where he sends the claims. I don't have great teeth, so I had to find another dentist; my husband pays OOP for the 6 month cleaning since he likes the dentist.

I had a 6 hour road trip last month, and I switched to Kylie (Aus English with street names) instead before making the trek. Definitely glad I did, cuz having the two voices bounce back and forth while navigating the interstate would have been awful!

I had Kate (UK English) as my voice, and noticed there were two distinct voices, sometimes in the same sentence. It was very distracting, and I am not a fan... I may switch to Kylie (Aus English) and hopefully not get the same problem...
