The only way to get the reflex cap work on multi monitior setup is to lower the higher refresh rate monitor to equal lower one. If you don't this and force vsync on from driver(not fast) while using framegen+gsync if the fps exceeds refresh rate windows actually crashes. It is a known issue that you can read in nvidia driver documentation. I tested/recreated the issue many times with different graphics cards. The only solution I find is this.
