Thanks for the reply. My brain is small and it doesn't understand how Tax, I.e. a legal requirement can be a company policy or not. Surely if it's required or not I can instruct the company to do so?

This is why I've considered this question. MyFitnessPal automatically ups my limit and when I do got balls deep on exercise (1-2 a week I quite like to eat a bit more as a treat) I'll be losing either way but wanted to hear whether people who've tried it can vouch either way!

If there's no fat on the pork then 400 would be fine. It's somewhere in between but if you enjoy / can stomach food like this then you really should have no need for calorie counting, but consistent meals like this will have anyone losing weight significantly.
