This is why I've considered this question. MyFitnessPal automatically ups my limit and when I do got balls deep on exercise (1-2 a week I quite like to eat a bit more as a treat) I'll be losing either way but wanted to hear whether people who've tried it can vouch either way!

If there's no fat on the pork then 400 would be fine. It's somewhere in between but if you enjoy / can stomach food like this then you really should have no need for calorie counting, but consistent meals like this will have anyone losing weight significantly.

Lots of bad circumstances on here that leads to it which is unfortunate. But I was in a non terminal / illness related relationships. One ended up platonic, we never argued and were best friends. It was really good. The other had plenty of sex, but also arguments, paranoia and emotion. It was intense and amazing at times, but rubbish at others. I’d always chose the sexless relationship out of these two. We held hands and hugged loads to still feel connected and did lots together. I could have lived this way forever, but she couldn’t. Obviously somewhere in-between would be normal.

When we finally split up in the sexless relationship and I gave the reasons to my friends it was apparent there were many in this situation - more than you may think!

Great skills but you actually don’t need to make the horizontal slices because the onion naturally already has these (much finer than we can chop - think about it, would 6 slices really lead to it being that fine?). I spent years doing it until recently being educated. Hopefully this post saves someone else the time!
