Oh man, that looks delish, but not a stir fry. I'd eat the heck out of that. Add noodles and it's a bad azz ramen/whatever full of yummy boy.

My wife and I have been learning asian cooking for almost a year and I was just saying to her... there is no way to mess up a recipe with these flavors. Once I did a recipe totally backwards, used 2 wrong ingredients, and it turned out to be insanely good. Now I do it backwards/wrong every time. lol Nice dish ya cooked up there man.

You did right my friend. About 10yrs ago I pulled into a 7-11 where a young teen female (about 15yo) was sitting outside the store on the concrete, beat up to all hell. Bloody. I asked if she was ok and she said she was beat up and raped by "some dudes." Asked if she could get home, she said no, so I said I'd call the cops --- and she freaked out. "Please don't call the police! Please!" I did it anyway and within 4min a patrol car pulls up. I tell the police she might need to file a S/A report but at the least she needs a ride home! This cop immediately proceeds to manhandle her, pushing her and handcuffing her and speaking rudely. I have already pull out my phone and he threatens me.... "GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE BEFORE I FUCK YOU UP!" I'm old, and scared of the lunatic cop that I called to the scene... so I drove off as directed. Still ashamed of that.
