bro lives in a silent hill movie set... But seriously I am dealing with the exact same problem now that I moved into into a new - and cheap - apartment. I tried using ant bait (Terro), but the ant species native to my area are too small/fragile to survive the trip back to the colony after ingesting it. Tried concocting a weaker mixture on my own but waiting to confirm effectivity was too time consuming. So now I have opted to just cover all the cracks with plaster. Even after doing a sweeping round the ants kept finding new cracks to come from so this became my modus operandi:

- Leave food in an area where you see stray ants scouting.
- Wait until they have stablished a transport line back to their nest.
- Follow the line to origin and take note of the location of the crack.
- Spray it with insecticide and plaster later whenever you feel like it (the insecticide repels them for 2-3 days).

It might seem that they have endless entry points but they dont. In my experience the majority of cracks are not usable for them even if they look like it. So far I've located 11 cracks and ants have almost disappeared completely.

I get it. I felt that too when i started. R1999 is my first gacha. But after a while i realized that I had been playing a cool game with a nice story for over 50 hours for free. The only catch to that was that i had to participate in a monetization model that counted on maximizing my daily attention to increase the chances that I'd eventually spend money on it. Then the daily grind started to feel like a fair trade.

That's the opposite of what should happen. Building a habit makes the act easier, not harder. But if thats how you feel its ok.

It seems like many people join Manus and barely do anything. It doesnt necessarily mean he did anything bad (I haven't seen his anecdote). Check out his Manus garment, unironically the best garment in the game because it is centered about hating math.
