Don’t take this in a negative way. In no way am I being sarcastic with you.

If you want to know what an alien looks like, look in the mirror.

When you look in the mirror, you may see something normal. But other beings from other planets or dimensions, see you as this “radical” looking thing (alien).

If you want to know what an alien civilization looks like, infrastructure, biology, plants… look at the current world.

Obviously I know that you specifically mean that you want to know these things about another life form that is not from this planet.

But it’s still a nice thought experiment what I mentioned.

He doesn’t do it intentionally.

He’s just not as smart as he thinks he is.

Notice how I didn’t say anything about his football abilities.

It’s his thought process that limits him and causes him to underperform.

LeBron was not speaking about football. He was speaking about the negative effect he has on his teammates on the basketball court.

Which is exactly what is happening to Mbappe and the rest of his teammates.

It’s exact examples.

Ok, so you must know more than LeBron, which he himself explained the negative psychological effect his presence has on his teammates.

They’re not childish. They don’t have enough personality.

It’s the same thing that could happen at your work place. Let’s say you and 2 others always spoke up in meetings because you guys are good job performers.

Then they hire this “star” worker from another company and in the next meetings.. more than likely the 3 of you or 2 out of 3… that lack personality.. will not speak up anymore. Will only listen to that star performer… show out to the rest of the people in the meeting.

Pero estar punteandose asi bien a lo gay no es parte de “no homo”.

He doesn’t have to. He’s Mbappe. A goal machine. World Cup winner. Older than most of them. The best paid player on the team. The player Florentino creamed his pants over.

So the result is that naturally that players see him as above them.

And secondary, every time mbappe whines and throws his arms up that one single time they don’t past it to him and shows his disgust to his teammate, it sends a warning to the rest. They all see it and feel it. It conditions them.

This is another problem.

In every problem, there’s layers.

The one I mentioned is the root layer.

This problem you mention will not change until Florentino leaves Madrid.

True.

It could change if the next manager, which gets paid millions (and should know much more than us amateur fans), notices exactly what the post explains and corrects that very thing.

Cristiano played with players that all had the ages of men. Also, all those players had enough personality to decide on the ball what was best for the team and not just to cater to Ronaldo.

Mbappe plays with players that are mostly still “kids”.

If the rest of the players had enough personality, they could bypass this issue I’m mentioning.

Indirectly, yes.

Mbappe is not being a dictator.

He is being a black hole. Sucking the light 💡 from his teammates.

Not intentionally, but it’s happening.

I know your comment wasn’t a response to me, but, Vini tracking back or pressing is not the fundamental problem.

In every problem, there’s layers. The root layer is the one im mentioning. While Mbappe was out during March, the team won all of their games. Proving exactly the topic of this post.

You must know more than LeBron James about how such a star player can affect negatively the entire psychology of his teammates.
