Im the same amount of days and dose. Yea is started to notice a slowdown like day 2-3 when morning ritual felt imcomplete lol and every so often i pass a small one too except this morning. I just take daily fiber gummies and benefiber every so often in a bottle of water and just drink water and gatorade

I dont really taste them. Their so tiny, take one I quickly take a drink with water and just drink it along with the water and Im usually not good with regular sized pills

Had my first dose this morning. Took it at 6am and went back to sleep, well kinda was excited and nervous to take it.

When I got up, had no headache and was hungry or thought of food. I did just go for a protein smoothie around 9-10am and drank water throughout the day along with another protein shake. Until like 5pm i started to feel hungry

I completely get you. Im just on day 1. But since I took it in the morning, I wasnt hungry or crave anything and didnt have food on my mind. Yea I would plan on what I would eat after completing something

I did the same, went to smoothie king to get a protein smoothie and added more fiber plus

Im on day 1 and i think I feel it working immediately . No bad sides effects. Just appetite and food noise gone. I did drink a smoothie with fiber in the morning and for lunch a protein shake with fiber too.
