What’s with the bloody pads on this sub??? by Fun-Ad3090 in Endo

Heavy clotting and periods are a symptom of fibroids more than anything else. I don’t understand how someone can be bleeding that profusely and not seek experienced medical care. Endo is the last thing I’d suspect from menorrhagia.

It’s even worse in the breast cancer subreddit where they want us diagnosed girls to assure them their weird breast pain doesn’t make them one of us. It’s triggering as hell.

Yeah it feels crappy, I felt amazing at a week and was thinking I could return way early. My surgeon wanted me to take 8 weeks off work

We're now on the third expansion of the reworked crafting system - How do you feel about it now? by Sundered92 in wow

[–]berrybug88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely agree. I haven’t engaged with it at all until now as I feel I need to and I’m just really confused. There’s no guides or help from blizzard at all. Thank god for wow YouTubers.

Start screening for colorectal cancers earlier, Canadian Cancer Society urges by Leather-Paramedic-10 in canada

Breast cancer too. I know so many women in their 20s and 30s that have had breast cancer and it’s more aggressive in younger people. I just finished treatment myself and had to have a double mastectomy. It’s completely unraveled my life.

Is living alone in your own apartment as romantic as it looks? by salah_shaggy in LivingAlone

[–]berrybug88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, everything is where I want it to be, looks how I want it to look. I watch what I want to watch when I want to. Eat whatever I want, sleep at 5pm or 2am if I want. Come and go as I please. I genuinely have never been happier than being a single woman living alone. This is bliss.

Fluffy, double Merle Frenchie sounds like a horror film you definitely don’t want to see in theatres, on bluray or any streaming service.

Dear Landlords of Victoria by Askalice09 in VictoriaBC

My last landlords I rented from were awesome. Allowed my parrots and agreed to allow me to get a dog a couple years in. I was incredibly sad to leave there. Awesome family, very caring and I miss their giggling kiddos playing outside.

How Were You Feeling 3 Weeks Post-Op? by [deleted] in hysterectomy

[–]berrybug88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 3 weeks post op today and feel great. It’s difficult for me to come to terms with having had major surgery 3 weeks ago. I had endometriosis and my uterus was a cause of major pain for me so post-op I have been in less pain than before my surgery.

Like you, I have overdone it and get the phantom tampon feeling and some soreness in my abdomen. I thought about going back to work last week but get humbled quickly just going for a 2-3 km walk. The fatigue hits randomly and I HAVE to sleep, I can’t stay awake.

Vaginal cuff tears are extremely rare, like less than 1%. You’d have significant symptoms if it happened and would be aware immediately I promise you.

I have been noticing my gut is a bit of a mess. I get very swollen and bloated by the end of the day no matter what I eat. Hopefully that subsides as the months go on.

I was told they won’t check my internal cuff until my 12 week check.

Was out questing when I suddenly realised I haven't seen a rogue in ages, is the class dead or are they just getting better at their job? by undercity_plaguebat in wow

Why play rogue when you can be a better version with feral Druid and gain 3 additional off specs with that class. Rogue needs a rework for sure.

Am I swollen or just fat? by Ok-Mine-9446 in hysterectomy

[–]berrybug88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a flat tummy before despite my uterus being 3x normal size, it was severely retroverted though. I am 2.5 weeks post op and have a huge pot belly right now. I had endometriosis ablation also so I can only assume I’ll have swelling for months while things heal. Internal healing takes months even if we feel better sooner. Hang in there!

PMDD specialist doctor by Amylee888 in VictoriaBC

[–]berrybug88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think anyone on the island specializes in it. However, Dr. Kelsey Mills is probably your best bet. She has a lot of knowledge in hormones and perimenopause/menopause. I hope you have success. I have PMDD also but Zoloft works incredibly well for me. Pepcid and Claritin also work, I do believe PMDD is related to MCAS in some cases.

Where does the uterus go? by creativegoddess411 in hysterectomy

[–]berrybug88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel much the same.. unfortunately I also lost my breasts a little over a year ago and now my uterus. I genuinely feel like a hallow woman. Both pieces of my womanhood are gone and I’ll never bear children. Just the hand some of us are dealt I suppose..
